Hello, I'm Michaela, an educator for students with and without disabilities!

I promise to engage students in the classroom. I believe in a student-centered classroom model. I believe in teaching the whole child: academically, emotionally, and socially.

I promise to establish a connection from day one. I believe that creating an open dialogue between the classroom and family is extremely important.

I promise to work collaboratively with everyone. I believe in collaborating with all departments. I am excited to learn from my colleagues and eager to cultivate a culture of learning in the school.

I look forward to collaborating with administration and helping to develop systems to implement across the district. I believe in Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports and look forward working towards it across the school district.
